Terms and Conditions – LV Food Safety Consultant
Effective Date: 23rd June 2025
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of consultancy services ("Services") by LV Food Safety Consultant ("Consultant", "we", "our") to the client ("Client", "you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
LV Food Safety Consultant provides bespoke food safety and public health compliance services, including but not limited to:
Hygiene audits
Staff training
Policy and documentation support
Inspection preparation
Catering operational consultancy
A detailed scope will be agreed upon in writing before service commencement.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the agreed service package and outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per 30 days overdue.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform services.
Comply with relevant legal and health guidelines during the consultancy period.
Collaborate in good faith to ensure project success.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during service as confidential.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by LV Food Safety Consultant remain the intellectual property of the Consultant unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use these materials internally for the intended purpose only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LV Food Safety Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term. On termination, all outstanding fees become
immediately payable.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or regulatory changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of England and Wales.
